Birgit is a self-taught artist who paints, sculpts and writes articles. Her paintings and sculptures could perhaps best be described as “Feel-Good Impressionism”. Focus is on paintings and sculptures which make the viewer get a “warm fuzzy feeling inside”. Motives are usually related to the country side, the archipelago of Sweden, nostalgia, flowers and fruits, animals, especially horses and other ‘warm’ objects related to positive emotions.

As a playful and happy person, Birgit has coined many expressions and written several articles in different magazines.
